Section 303 .4.5 .a .b Althuugh this is a commercial building, there is also a section in Chapter 16 of the IRC that pertains to this. I ran it past the SMACNA committee and they all agreed with me that it should be 10 feet ab�ve the alley. " 2. Tha last correspondence that COE has on file for the requirement� for pool che�mical storage from Joseph Dominczyk, P.E. , Engineering Consultants Northwest indicatec that this chemical storage should be s�iown on the plana per the attached requirements (�ee attached) . 3. The minimax pool heater, intake and exhaust st�ould be shown on the mechanical plans, since the equipment and install.ation were excluded i'rom the pool permit. Intake and exhaust should be indicate9 on the elevation, per manufactnrer's recommendations (see attached) . 9 . Please verify if the Banya Pool Area Calculations dated October 29, 2007, are no longer applicable, since the calculations do not include the whole basement area in JASE, LLC. 5. The existing basement furnace ahould be shown on the planc, if it !s still in use. Reference attached permit M0903-016, dated March 2003 . 6. Please verify the proposed IMC Code being used f.or the design (2G03 or 2006) . 7. IMC 401.5.1 has specific requiremente for the separation of intake and eihaust, and distance from the centerline of the alley. Please clarify if t-his is met on Exterior Section A vent openings on Sheet Md. 8.
