The minimax pool heater, intake and exhaust st�ould be shown on <br /> the mechanical plans, since the equipment and install.ation were excluded <br /> i'rom the pool permit. Intake and exhaust should be <br /> indicate9 on the elevation, per manufactnrer's recommendations (see attached) . <br /> 9 . Please verify if the Banya Pool Area Calculations dated October <br /> 29, 2007, are no longer applicable, since the calculations do not <br /> include the whole basement area in JASE, LLC. <br /> 5. The existing basement furnace ahould be shown on the planc, if it <br /> !s still in use. Reference attached permit M0903-016, dated March 2003 . <br /> 6. Please verify the proposed IMC Code being used f.or the design <br /> (2G03 or 2006) . <br /> 7. IMC 401.5.1 has specific requiremente for the separation of intake <br /> and eihaust, and distance from the centerline of the alley. Please <br /> clarify if t-his is met on Exterior Section A vent openings on <br /> Sheet Md. <br /> 8. The new exhaust fans on the roof chould be shown to be a minimum <br /> ten feet away from tlie exieting AHU�, per the e-mail sent yes�erday on <br /> the build±ng permit statu�. <br /> How mechanical items are addressed: <br /> 1.
