[VCRETT. \'lASHINGTON <br /> ;"""cT AGENDA ITEM <br /> �� � <br /> it is recommended that the following item be placed upon the City �'� �� <br /> Council agenda for the meeti.ng of January 27 , 1971: � D� <br /> e �� <br /> Cnnsideration of a permit requested b�� Everett Trust and p(()J,1i <br /> Savings Company to construct a permanent equipment shelter ��� � <br /> in the alley right-of-way adjacent to 261� Colby Avenue. � <br /> The permit application was circulated to all City Departments . <br /> There were no objections. <br /> This facility would be constructed in the alley located between <br /> Colby Avenue-Wetmore Avenue and California Street-Hewitt Avenue. <br /> This alley is one of those that will probably be considered <br /> for undergrounding of all poles at some future date. At that <br /> time, it is quite possible that the City would desire to have <br /> the alley completely cleared of all obstructions. The condition <br /> of the permit requires the property owner to remove this facility <br /> from the alley at no cost to the City. The property owner is <br /> fully aware of this condition and has given us a letter verifying <br /> this awareness . <br /> The proposed location of this �helter is adjacent to an existing <br /> wood pole and will constitute nc� more of an obstruction in the <br /> alley than the pole line.
