One toilet in each of the restrooms shall be 20" above the floor. b. Exept for the projection of bowls and waste piping, a clear, unobstructed space 26" in width, 24" in height and 12" in depth shall be provided under at least one lavatory. Ilot water and waste line, shall be insulated. c. Where mirrors are provided, at least one shall be installed so that the bottom of the mirror is within 40" of the floor. d. Where towel and disposal fixtures are provided , at least one shall be within 40" of the floor. e. Toilet facilities and water closet compartments shall have a clear, unobtructed access of not less than 32" and a clear space, unobstructed by a door swing, grab bars and similar items, of not less than 32" shall be provided in front of the toilet stool, grab bars shall be orovided on two sides or one side and the back of each toilet compartment, where more than one toilet compartment is provided only one such compart- ment need comply within each toilet room for each sex. f. Toilet rooms for men shall have one wall mounted �� urinal with the opening of the basin 19" from the floor or shall have floor mounted urinals. g. Doors shall have a clear opening of no less than 32" when open and shall be operable by a single effort. 10.
