Page 6
IV
CONCLUSION
The foregoing analysis of customer and employee vehicle parking
demand that will be generated by the proposed development is a careful
study. It is in the best interest of the Bank to provide sufficient
vehicle parking space for its customers and to consider the need of
its employees for convenient parking. Likewise, the Bank recognizes
the impact that new vehicle parking demand might have on public streets
and on the citizens if the demand were not accommodated.
We believe that the proposed building plan and existing nearby
off-street parking areas amply provide parking spaces that will be
needed.
To serve customers of Fidelity Mutual Savings
Bank, 7 vehicle parking spaces will be needed.
The building plan provides for 9 spaces.
To serve employees of Fidelity, a maximum of
15 vehicle parking spaces will be needed.
There are 25 spaces available for monthly
parking at the Diamond parking lot only 24
feet distant from the Bank property.
To serve customers and employees of the base-
ment tenant firm during its occupancy the city
prescribes that 12 parking spaces would be
appropriate. At the Diamond parking lot at
least 30 spaces are vacant and available.
The demand for vehicle parking space that will result from the
proposed development will be mitigated completely.
! April 5, 1979 FIDELITY MUTUAL SA INGS BANK
W.
