Replaced by new sidewalk as specified by Public Works Department. <br />2. Bricks to be removed and stored at City Service Center area to be replaced with <br />temporary 111 asphalt patch. <br />7. Primary access to site will be through two gates on existing alley; there will be no <br />storage of material or equipment on alley, trucks unloading will avoid blocking this <br />right of way, and shall at no time block any pedestrian or vehicular traffic on Hewitt <br />4. There is to be no storage of material and equipment outside indicated fence line. And <br />at no time shall any equipment be stored, operated or driven over or across sidewalks or <br />curbs. <br />5. Bus kiosk and bench will be relocated in accordance with attached plan: <br />a. Existing kiosk base to be removed. <br />b. Kiosk to be relocated to its original location before occupancy permit is granted <br />c. Kiosk is to be secured in the temporary location. <br />6. All gates will remain securely closed when not specifically in use and locked when not <br />in attendance. <br />7. Randy Lamb shall spend 30 minutes at site between 10:00 PM and Midnight on June 15th or <br />16th. <br />B. All pine trees to be carefully removed, stored and replaced at the expense of the developer. <br />Restoration of landscapinq shall be performed by futurn right of wey Ilse Permit. <br />9. Pine trees are City property. <br />10.
