The intent is to create a sophisticated urban <br /> feeling. The private garage under the building is for the <br /> owner/resident's personal use. It is big enough for 5 cars. <br /> It is critical to our construction schedule to obtain the 'shell' <br /> permit as soon as possible. You can assist us by 'signing off' <br /> so the Building Department can process the permit.
