This reinspection was made to check your com�liance in removing the violauons listed in previous letters. The following items are in violation of the Uniform F�re Code and demand immediate action: 1. Install an approved portable fire eztinguisher with a U.L. rating of 2-A:10-B:C or more. a, add two extinguishers to main floor audience seating area b. add one extinguisher to balcony seating area ' 2.
