It will be � <br /> serviced at all times by an attendant, assuring <br /> a continuously well kept and orderly operation. <br /> It is our hope that this project will be incorporated i <br /> in an overall plan for powntown Everett, one that <br /> caters to the pedestrian and gives life to the <br /> business district. � <br /> DESCRIPTION: <br /> The outdoor seating area will be comprised of 6 <br /> to 8 tables which will accomodate 24 people. The <br /> tables and seating will be designed so that they <br /> can be set up in the morning and taken in when <br /> the restaurant closes in the afternoon. This <br /> will alleviate both problems of vagrancy and <br /> vandalism in the evening hours. The tables are <br /> to be enclosed on three sides with hedge type � <br /> plants which will form a screened seating area. � <br /> There will be an opening in the plant enclosure <br /> opposite the front of the building for access � <br /> and service. A :right of way of .6 feet will be ' <br /> maintained between the building a`nd planters I <br /> for public passage along the sidewalk. The <br /> planters r�ill be designed so that they can be <br /> re-arranged or possibly removed from the sidewalk <br /> during the winter months. Consideration has also <br /> been given to making the units adaptable to <br /> inevitable changes dictated by the revitalization <br /> plan for Colby Avenue. <br /> CODES AND RESTRICTIONS: <br /> Various departments ef the City of Everett, the <br /> Snolzomish County Health Department and the <br /> ' Washington State Liquor IIoard have been contacted <br /> and all aspect-s of tlie applicable codes and <br /> restrictions will be met. <br />
