Water heaters must be of sufficient size ro provide hot water ro dishwasher and/or scullery sinks and <br /> at the same time provide hot warer to all handwash sinks. <br /> 7. All food service equipment must be listed by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) for its <br /> intended use. <br /> 8. Storage reGigerators must be listed for the storagc of potentially hnzardous foods. <br /> 9. The True rePrigerator, GDM23, is NSF listed for the storage of prepackaged and bottled products <br /> only. <br /> 10. Extra wall protection is mquired on �valls behind sinks and food preparation tables. A 16 inch high <br /> backsplash ol'plastic laminate, fiberglass reinforced plastic or equal is acceptable.
