With the addition of the following, the plans <br /> are approved: <br /> 1 . Three compartment sinks must be NSF listed for warewashing, freestanding with integrai <br /> drainboards at both ends. <br /> 2. Plumbing must meet state and local codes. An indirect waste is required for the tood <br /> preparation sink, ice machine, and equipment in which fuod is placed. <br />, 3. An additional handwash sink is required. The best location would be as near as possible to <br /> the three compartment sink. <br /> 4. The ceiling above the food preparation areas must be nonabsorbent, smooth, and easily <br /> cleanable. <br /> 5. The Health District operating permit application process must be ccmpleted prior to <br /> opening for business. An application and fee schedule are enclosed for your use. <br />� Ii there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the Snohomish <br /> Nealth District must be notified. <br /> A preoperational inspection is required prior :o opening for business. Please contact the Food <br /> Program office about one week in advance to schedule an appointment. This will ensure <br /> compliance with the R�le� and Reaulations oi iha Sfate Board of Health for Food Servi <br /> Sanitation (WAC 246-215), and Snohomish He-Ith Disirict Sanitary�odg, Chapter 10.1. <br /> Please contact me if you have any questions.
