With the building drain line in the wall <br />above floor level he could only connect indi -ectly using the hub (right term?) drains. The meat prep sink is also <br />connected as directed by their NOV, which also ;iirected them to get a permit. I don't know why his plumber (don't <br />recall contractor off top of head) would not have requested a final. I confirmed the fix in October 2013. <br />1 do credit this gentleman for being the first owner in the last three proprietors at that location to bring the place into <br />compliance with our code. <br />
