All references refer to the 1997 Unifomi Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1997 Edition, unless stated otherwise. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with hvo sets of drawings retlecting the corrections requested. 1. UBC 1506.1 requires a minimum roof slope of 1/4" per foot unless a ponding study is performed per section 1611. 2. WSEC 1132.1 & Tbl. 13-1 require the above sheathing insulation to be R-21 if there is no insulation below the roof structure. This should be specified on the drawings.
