A Coordinated <br /> Prevention Grant from the Department of Ecology will provide $92,707 for program coordination and <br /> implementation. The City will provide $30,902 to support the program. The total program budget is <br /> $123,609. This professional service agreement will begin January 1, 2004 and end December 31, 2005. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> It is recommended that Council authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Service Agreement with Blue <br /> Marble Environmental LLC. <br /> 3 <br />
