A grant <br /> from the Washington State Department of Ecology(Coordinated Prevention Grant) will provide$92,707 to <br /> the program. The City will provide $30,902 to the two year program. Program management and <br /> implementation will be provided by the consulting firm Blue Marble Environmental LLC at the direction of <br /> the City Public Works Department. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> It is recommended that Council authorize the Mayor to sign the City's 2004 /2005 Coordinated Prevention <br /> Grant from Department of Ecology to support the City's Waste Prevention and Recycling Programs. <br /> 3 <br />
