Authorization was originally given for a study to relocate <br /> Muni Court to the Wall Street Building. A more preferable option has been identified and a new scope of <br /> work developed to analyze this option. The new option calls for-the placement of MiniCourtin Police <br /> Headquarters. Any displaced Police administrative functions to be relocated-in.the.Wall Street Building: We <br /> will also be looking at the possibility of locating Fire Administration in the Wall Street Building in space <br /> vacated by the County. <br /> The deliverables include space programming, diagrammatic floor plans of first and second floors and a cost <br /> estimate. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with DLR to analyze Municipal Court <br /> options in the Wall Street Building and prepare a budget amendment as shown in the amount of$23, ,t. <br /> P:\Budget\Agenda.doc <br />
