That auch variance is necessarp for the preservation and enjoyment of all <br /> substantial property right of the appellant possessed by the owners of <br /> other properties in the same vicinity or zone. , <br /> ' I <br /> i a. Finding: Soth doctors average 3-1/2 days a week with 55 to 60I <br /> patients. There are four employees per office. Washington State �i <br /> � average is !0 patients per Week. <br /> II b. Conelusion: Both doetors� average patient load is belowl <br /> � Washington State average. <br /> 3• That the authorization of such variance �+ill not be materiallyl; <br /> detrimental to the public welfare or in,jurious to property in thei <br /> vicinity or zone in which the property is located. <br /> a.
