WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2. 004 <br /> CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> Roll Call <br /> Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Approval of Minutes: February 4, 2004 <br /> Mayor's Comments <br /> Council <br /> City Attorney <br /> Citizen Comments <br /> CONSENT ITEMS (to be considered individually) <br /> (1) Adopt Resolution # authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the <br /> amount of $3,234,694.79 for the period of January 24, 2004 through January 30, <br /> 2004 <br /> ACTION ITEMS (to be considered individually) <br /> (2) Re-appropriate 2003 Funds to 2004 Neighborhood Project Funds to allow funding <br /> of 2003 Large Project Grants and to provide for funding for 2004 Neighborhood <br /> Projects Fund <br /> (3) Adopt Resolution # authorizing the expenditure of Neighborhood Project <br /> Funds for large grants to the neighborhood associations as recommended by the <br /> Rating and Review teams <br /> (4) Adopt Resolution # exempting Senior Center permitted vehicles from <br /> established time limits on Wall Street between Broadway and Lombard Avenue <br /> and setting January 31, 2005 as the termination date for the exemption <br /> (5) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Pre-construction Service contract for the Water <br /> Pollution Control Facility Expansion Phase A with Hoffman Construction Company <br /> in the amount of $268,900 and Authorize the Mayor to negotiate, with this firm, a <br /> Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) when the drawings and <br /> specifications are approximately 80% complete <br /> (6) Adopt Resolution # approving the action of the State of Washington Economic <br /> Development Finance Authority and the Issuance of Non-Recourse Revenue <br /> Bonds to finance an Economic Development Facility for Cedar Grove Composting <br /> (7) CB 0401-04 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a <br /> special improvement project entitled, "I-5 Corridor Study," Fund 303, Program <br /> 032, to accumulate all costs for the improvement and repealing Ordinance No. <br /> 2381-99 <br /> AGENDA CONTINUED ON THE BACK OF THIS PAGE <br />
