A human body enclosed in a wooden or cardboard container or I <br /> animal tissue is loaded into the primary chamber. The afterbumer ignites and heats the i <br /> secondary chamber to the required temperature. The secondary chamber temperature is <br /> maintained by a process controlier that automatically modulates the gas supply to the <br /> afterbumer. <br /> After the secondary chamber has been heated sufficiently, the cremation bumer ignites and the <br /> cremation process is initiated. A typical cremation takes 60 to 90 minutes, but the time may <br /> vary depending on the body weight and various other factors. <br /> A gas flow schematic is shown in Figure 1.
