There is dry rot throughout the structure and general deter- <br /> ioration of the enti.re house. <br /> 7. There is debris scattered throughout the interior of the <br /> house and exterior of the premises. <br /> 6. Heavy vandalism has taken place to the structure. <br /> 9.
