The original clir.ic at this site was located in a house that was close to the street and a two foot by four foot sign off Colby identified the use and so allowed easy recognition of the clinic. In 19G8 a new clinic buildiny was constructed on the rear of the lot and the front of the lot was used for the parking area. The zoning code allowed a four by four foot siyn close to the building. At that time, identification of the clinic was not a problem since a I clientele had been built up that was familiar with its location from the time it was located adjacent L-o Colby. ' The cliaic has grown to five doctors and i.n many cases referred and regular patients are unable to find the clinic bec�use the sign is not easily seen from passing vehicles. i b.
