Conclusion: Granti:ig a variance to allow a 4E square <br /> foot pole siqn would not adversely affect the <br /> comprehensive plan since the clinic is a permitted use. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett <br /> does hereby order that the variance be GRANTED to allow a 4E <br /> square foot, illuminated pole siqn instead of the lc square foot, <br /> non-illuminated wall sign attached to the front of the clinic � <br /> building which is allowed by code and further require the ap- I <br /> plicant to meet the following conditions. j <br /> 1.
