During the inspection, several deficiencies were noted which make it reasonable <br /> to believe that the building is substandazd and or dangerous pursuant to the Housing Code <br /> and Dangerous Building Code as adopted by the City of Everett. <br /> Listed below are some of the deficiencies noted during the inspection: <br /> 1. There is a lack of heat in the house. <br /> 2. The mortaz in the fireplace box is deteriorated and missing in some areas <br /> to such an extent,the bricks of the fire box are dislodging and falling out. <br /> 3. There is a structural stress on the south side of the building which is <br /> causing the cantilevered floor of the upstairs bed to slope down causing <br /> cracks in the wall and floor of the bedroom and ceiling and wall of the <br /> room below. The wallboard on this wall, which is an exterior wall, has <br /> been removed exposing the stud framing and exterior siding to the interior <br /> of the room. <br /> 4. The water drain of the bathtub in the up�'^irs baUvoom leaks causing the <br /> tloor to rot and the ceiling below to sag. <br /> 5. The clotlies dryer does not vent to the exterior of the building. <br /> G. There is no handraiUguazdrail on the basement steps. <br /> 7.
