However,these are issues which must be addressed. <br /> In July, a mechanical pertnit was issued to install a tumace and water heater. The owner was sent here by the Bldg in <br /> Sept. The owner and I discussed the needed repairs and he said he would go back to Bldg and apply forpermits. All <br /> oi this occurred in Sept(1 think).
