This adversely <br /> affects the operation of the Water Filter Plant. The Utilities Department wishes to study the feasibility of <br /> `undergrounding' the power distribution system at the plant. The feasibility study will assess the cost and <br /> effectiveness of several alternatives to underground the power. We plan to coordinate with the PUD to <br /> include their information in the feasibility analysis.
