UP 3200-1-650 Additional Required -0- DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: Power outages due to trees falling on power lines have occurred at the Water Filter Plant. This adversely affects the operation of the Water Filter Plant. The Utilities Department wishes to study the feasibility of `undergrounding' the power distribution system at the plant. The feasibility study will assess the cost and effectiveness of several alternatives to underground the power. We plan to coordinate with the PUD to include their information in the feasibility analysis. This contract will generate a feasibility report discussing the various likely alternatives including cost estimates and local distribution layouts.
