<br /> S�ecifically, we request a 10' right of way use on the east side of Colby � �
<br /> Ave. from 35th Avenue 2�10' fcet norr�i. The hulldinE line at Col�y nve. is � �'
<br /> set back 10'0" from the property line. This allows for a 26'-0" wide �
<br /> sidewalk (see attached sketches). The parking structure will extend
<br /> beyond the bulldinB under the sideWalk 18'-0". There are no pro�ections
<br /> under the street area. This additional area is required for efficient � �� ��,
<br /> automobile circulation and the maintenance of additional alle!� right of �'����.J �
<br /> way required by the City. The parking structure will e:ctend approaimately
<br /> 34�-0�� in depth trom Colby Ave. Grade.
