The building is open to <br /> the public and has been declared dangerous to the health, safety and welfare of the <br /> public, a harbor fcr vagrarts, and an attractive nuisance t� inquisitive minors. The <br />� building cannot be occupied in its present condition. <br /> Ciry staff understands your concems and desires to demol•,sh the bumed building. <br /> However, since the building presents such a danger to the health, safety, and welfare of <br /> I the public, the ci[y wiil be proceeding wi[h emergency abatement of the building. Any <br /> and all cost incurred by the city as a result of these procedures shall be assessed as a <br /> durin our hone <br /> lien against the property. These procedures <br /> were also discussed g P <br /> conversation on July 2nd.
