The roof of the building is roried and falling apart. <br /> 2. Glazing is missing in several of the windows, window frames are rotted <br /> and falling apari. <br /> 3. The siding is full of mildew a�d moss, as is the roof of the building. <br /> 4. All vital systems, electricat,pl��mbing,and heating have been vandalized. <br /> 5. There is trash and debris,and h:avy vandalism to the interior of the <br /> building. <br /> 6. The building is in a state of dilapidation,rot, lacks maintenancc. <br /> 7. The building is being used by transients, and is an attractive nuisance to <br /> inquisitive minors in the neighborhood. <br /> 8. There aze holes in walls, Iloors aze roried, the foundation is rotted and <br /> deteriorated. <br /> 9. There is possible hazardous material of unknown origin stored in the <br /> building. <br /> 1 Q.
