This current 4-year agreement will cover the <br /> cooperative arrangements from January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2007. <br /> The City provides a rowing location and shellhouse. The Rowing Association provides the equipment and <br /> management to offer introductory classes, a competitive Junior Crew, a masters rowing program and <br /> college rowing opportunities. <br /> The past year, Everett Rowing Association was proud to sponsor Kelly Foster, the world champion for Jr. <br /> Women's indoor racing. The Junior crew also brought home 3`d, 4`h and 6th place finishes at the National <br /> Championships in Cincinnati, where Everett was the second largest team at the event. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Everett Rowing Association <br /> 6 <br />
