8 <br /> individual party's participation in this MOU is terminated, 'the party will <br /> return any property to supplying parties, and the remaining parties will <br /> return any property supplied by the withdrawing party. <br /> 6. All information contributed to the LInX by a terminating party will <br /> be deleted from LInX. <br /> 7. As to information in the LInX during a party' s participation under <br /> this MOU, the rights, obligations, responsibilities, limitations, and other <br /> understandings with respect to the disclosure and use of such information <br /> shall survive any termination.
