Expenditure Required $ 48,661.00 Account Number(s): Amount Budgeted $ 48,661.00 PK581-1-32-650 (CIP3) Additional Required I $ -0- I 1 DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: In August 2002 the Parks & Recreation Depaitment initiated design development to remodel and expand the Forest Park Administration Building. The original scope included general repairs, site work and minor modifications for modest improvements to the Everett TV studio. During the construction phase, a covered entry was identified as a needed improvement for the west entry of the building. The resulting additional $595.00 will increase the contract total, but will not impact the amount budgeted. This PSA amendment will be covered by existing approved project funding and no additional CIP3 budget will be required. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment #2 to the Professional Services Agreement with William C. Brockway for architectural services for design of a covered entry for the Forest Park Administration Building Remodel project. 4
