Addressing these inadequacies will require a major revision of <br /> the 41st Street/Broadway/I-5 interchange. The purpose of this professional services agreement is to prepare <br /> the required NEPA and SEPA documents for this project. <br /> The sources of funds for this professional services agreement are as follows: <br /> NCPD-2776(007) (Federal) Grant $66,788.00 <br /> Fund 301 —Arterial Streets 10.423.00 <br /> Total $77,211.00 <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Professional Services Agreement with Perteet Engineering for environmental <br /> documentation for the I-5/41st Street Interchange Project. <br /> 32 <br />
