You must understand <br /> that all equipment must be designed and fabricated for dura- <br /> bility under conditions of normal use and shall be resistant <br /> to denting, buckling , pitting , chipping , and crazing. Food <br /> contact surfaces shall be easily cleanable , smooth, free of <br /> breal:s , open seams , cracks , and similar imperfections , and <br /> free of difficult to clean internal corners and crevices . <br /> 16) All building and fire codes pertaining to the city of �veretC <br /> must be followed. <br /> 17) The Board of Health established a plan review charge for the <br /> review of plans and specifications , The fee schedule ihours <br /> $25 .00 per hour. Your total review time was three (3) <br /> or $75 .00 .
