Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. (SEPA <br /> Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br /> 2. Prior to issuance of any permits, the Applicant must pay a mitigation fee of S12,600.00 (12PM <br /> peak trips (clinic) + 2PM peak trips (apts) = 14PM peak trips X $900/trip = $12,600) per the <br /> Interim Traffic Mitigation Ordinance No. 1670-89, as amended. (SEPA Transportation Policies) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse <br /> impact on the environment. An Lnvironmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br /> 43.21C.030(2)(c).
