The listed requirements are placed in response to our revie.v of this information: MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA �� 1. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) 2. Prior to issuance of any permits, the Applicant must pay a mitigation fee of S12,600.00 (12PM peak trips (clinic) + 2PM peak trips (apts) = 14PM peak trips X $900/trip = $12,600) per the Interim Traffic Mitigation Ordinance No. 1670-89, as amended. (SEPA Transportation Policies) The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An Lnvironmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c).
