Memll hereinafter referced to <br /> as 'Owne�'. <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> WHEREAS, Owner owns property at 3625 Colby Avenue, Everett Washington, <br /> which is located in the County of Snohomish and Iegally described as foilows: <br /> Lots 13 and 14, block 10, Friday's first addition to Everett according to the plat <br /> thereof recorded in Volume 3 of plats, page 34, in Snohomish County, <br /> Washington; and <br /> WHER�AS, Owner desires to convert existing single family residence into law <br /> office with minimal water usage; and <br /> WHEREAS, EMC 14.08.170 (G) authorizes the City Engineer to waive strict <br /> compliance with the provisions of EMC 14.08 when he deems physical conditions <br /> render compliance impracticable provided the Owner agrees to save harmless and <br /> indemnity the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Owner requests a variance to not upgrade sewer as it now exists; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, in lieu of being required to make the necessary physical changes to <br /> accommodate the provisions of EMC 14.08 and the Uniform Plumbing Code, which � <br /> the City Engineer finds renders compliance impracticable.
