Limitation to described purpose. The above-described <br /> parcel may be used by the Licensee solely to provide a drainage <br /> connection for a surface water catch basin in the parkinq area, <br /> as shown in the attached Exhibit C, depicted in red with the <br /> connectinq line depicted in blue for drainage throuqh a four-inch <br /> PVC pipa depicted in yellow. <br /> 3. Licensee shall make no usa or occupy said parcels or any <br /> portion thereof nor grant the license to any person which will in <br /> any way interfere with Licensor�s value or eventual use of the <br /> parcel or any contiguous property owned by the Licensor or other <br /> benefit or enjoyment of the same. <br /> 4 . It is agreed between Licensor and Licensee that this <br /> license is personal to the Licensee and shall not inure to any <br /> successor or asaigns of Licensee. This license may not be <br /> assigned by the Licensee. <br /> 5. Licenaor reserves the riqht to revoke and terminate the <br /> permisaion hereby given at any time by giving Licensee ten !10) <br /> days' written notice o£ sach revocation and termination; EXc:EPT <br /> THAT Licenaor may, at his sole election, revo'�ce and terminate the <br /> permission forthwith at any time without notice if Licensee shall <br /> fail to comply with or abide by each and all proviaions hereof or <br /> keep all and singular of Liceneee�s promises herein.
