Licensee shall make no usa or occupy said parcels or any <br /> portion thereof nor grant the license to any person which will in <br /> any way interfere with Licensor�s value or eventual use of the <br /> parcel or any contiguous property owned by the Licensor or other <br /> benefit or enjoyment of the same. <br /> 4 . It is agreed between Licensor and Licensee that this <br /> license is personal to the Licensee and shall not inure to any <br /> successor or asaigns of Licensee. This license may not be <br /> assigned by the Licensee. <br /> 5.
