I decided to obtain the information from the IIsilding Inspection file <br /> which is the original file. <br /> A review of tho_ Buildi^a Inspectlon file revcaled only a demolition <br /> permit 02u3yy iesued an July 5, 1938 for demolition of a detached garage and <br /> small rear porch. Also to remove debria from house and lot. <br /> I looked in a set of separate files to see if there was another one for <br /> 3701 Colby. These files are set aside and marked as ineignificant. My <br /> original Eile was there and it contained only one small note, "Hold for <br /> Marian". There ia nothing ia the file to hold. <br /> � The reason a copy of Che demo pezmit wae not forrrarded to our office to keep <br /> ��, our file updated is, the building Inapection Division was ¢ot aware of my <br /> ' involvement with the property because my file has been removed from all the <br /> 1 2ctive filea that exist in Duilding. <br /> ��+ , <br /> .,�� Realizing that the demo permit wae only a partial demolition, I tried to make I <br /> contact with Mr. Jamea Moore, the owner lieted on the permit. In calling the <br /> phone numher he has listed on the permit, I found out that he is a truck I <br /> ��. �driver and lives in Denver.
