Electrical wires extendiny fran wall in upstairs bedroom shall be I <br /> tenninated by acceptable means of the electrical code. i <br /> 2. The electrical s�pply for the sump punp in the basement is li <br /> shorting out and shall be rewirnd to code canpliance. <br /> 3. All electrical additions made i:o the system without the required <br /> peanits shall be removed. <br /> 4. fie water sy�ply for the bathtub is not plumbed according to code. <br /> 5. The area around the bathtub shall be finished in suc:h a manner as <br /> to prevent water fran going behind the wall. <br /> 6. Plunbing vents shall be s�Qplied for all plumbing fixtures. <br /> Information on plumbing and electrical permits ta accomplish this work may be <br /> obtained from the Building Inspection Division cf Public Works (259-8810) and <br /> all corrections must meet the present day codes.
