<br /> from end egainst all loss of e�ense including, but not limtted to, judgments,
<br /> settlements, attorney's fees and costs by reason of any and ell cla{ms and demends
<br /> upon the Ctty, its elected or appointed officers or employees or egents, tor
<br /> damages because of bod[ly iniuryy including death, at any tir�ie resulting therefrom,
<br /> sustained by any person or persons and on account ot damage to property, includtng
<br /> loss of use thereof, arising out ot or in consequence ot the City granting Opner the
<br /> variance. All references to indemnitication include, but are not llmtted to
<br /> attorney's fees and court costs. However, this peragraph does not purport to
<br /> indemnify the C(ty egainst liabil[ty for damages arising out of bodily tnJury to
<br /> persons or damages to property caused by or resulting from the sole negllgence cf
