VVe are a�{<ing for an accommodation for the <br /> following reasons. Mr. Tony Lee and Tim Rehbe�g were discussing these <br /> properties this morniny. <br /> A floor plan will devised in cooperation with Mr. Tony Lee and your office <br /> to comply with all necessary codes and regulations to meet your <br /> satisfacti�n. <br /> 1) At present there are no people living in any of these homes. <br /> 2) 3714 can be a duplex but the main floor portion will have 7 bedrooms <br /> and the lower portion will have 8. Total 15. 3716 can also be a duplex but <br /> will have 7 rooms up and 7 rooms down. 3720 will revert to a 2 bedroom 1 <br /> bath SFR. So we're are asking for 31 bedrooms total for all three <br /> properties. Each of the properties will have the necessary eating spaces <br /> and shared living spaces to accommodate building codes. <br /> 3) Our clients are recovering substance abusers who wili be in.programs to <br /> support their sobriety. <br /> 4) We will need no more that 8-10 spaces but the plan is for at least iG <br /> parking spaces in :he back. <br /> 5) There will be very few outside visitors. We do not allow overnight <br /> visitors without expressed permission. <br /> 6) Our rooms are rented to single persons and an occasional couple. <br /> Occupancy is regulated by frequent visits from staff on site. <br />
