Plans shall clearly indicate the location, nature and extent of the work proposed and show <br /> in detail that it will conform to the provisions of the Intemational Residential Code (IRC) <br /> and relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. <br /> 2. All rooms shall be labeled for thc proposed use. For multiple rc�oms with the same usc, <br /> include a number (Bedroom #1, Bedroom �2, etc.). <br /> 3. Provide smoke alarms per R314 IRC; show on plans. <br /> 4. All habitable rooms are required to have an aggregate glazing area of not less lhan 8 <br /> percent of the Floor area for natural light per R303.1 IRC, and 4 percent of the floor area <br /> being ventilated. <br /> S. Basement, habitable attics and every sleeping room shall have at least one opereble <br /> emergency escape and rescue opening / R310 IRC, <br /> • All emergency escape and rescue openings shall have a minimum net dear opening <br /> of 5.7 sq. fi.
