Pave the parking area with two inches of Class B Asphelt over <br /> four inches of crushed rock. <br /> 2. Water service to be converted to a metered service by the <br /> Water Department. <br /> 3. Replace the side sewer with a six inch diameter service if <br /> one does not nnw exist. <br /> 4. Obtain a Building Permit to conform with UHC requirements for <br /> office use. Submit complete plans of the structere when <br /> applyinq for building permits. <br /> 5. The basement cannot be used for office or storage space. <br /> UBC requires two exits if the basement is to be used. <br /> 6.
