They each have a common owner and inspections were conducted yesterday and today 6y our electrical, buildmg and plumbing inspectors. The manager o( the properties was the one to call us and show us through each of the four structures. Each structure has been recently (probably 2008 according to the dated wir�ng) undergone a significant interior remodel(without permits, inspections or approvals)to convert the existing house inro a boarding house. The work done ranges from decent to very dangerous to include lack proper egress windows out of the sleeping rooms, hazardous plumbing and wiring,and iwo structures require spnnklers in their current configuration. Work indudes basement and attic conversions on most structures. More information and pictures can be seen on CRW. Note that the Dangerous designation does not carry with it an evacuation order and no such language is posted on the structure. There is a quite a lot of information here but we needed to post the structures promptly and I will be bringing this (onvard quickly to the effected departments.
