JudgQ l'horpe Judge Thorpe was <br /> first elected to the 5nohomish County Superior Court bench in 1988 and <br /> during his tenure started the Drug Treatment Court in 1999 and presi��d <br /> over that court until 2004. After retiring in 2009, the Judge has continued to <br /> stay active in the con;munity as well as serving as a mediator and <br /> arbitraioi. <br /> �r�go�y Lere�er, .75 years <br /> �oard fllEernbec� <br /> Mr. Lerner is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional, as well as <br /> having a Master's in Counseling and Psycl :logy from Northwest <br /> University. He is the owner of Deep Waters Counseling, PLLC, a mental <br /> heaith counseling private practice. Fie brings to our Board his experience <br /> with years of woricing with a variety of addiction and counseling issues. He <br /> served as lead counselor for The Centers office in Stanwood and led <br /> intensive Inpatient and outpatient graup. <br /> Additionally in 2012 ICCP has been privileged to add the following new <br /> board members <br /> Pat N6artinelli, New Board Member <br /> Board N9errsb2€• <br /> Currently Ms. Martinelli serves children and families with the highest mental <br /> health needs in Snohomish County as a Program Manager of Children's <br /> Intensive Services for Compass Health. In that role she is the Clinical <br /> Supervisor of all therapists within her unit.
