Electrical service is inadequate, accordin3 to the <br /> 1976 Edition of the Uniform Housina Code, Sec. 701 (b) : <br /> Every habitable room sha11 contain at least two <br /> supplied electric convenience outlets or one such <br /> convenience outlet and one supplied electric light <br /> fixture. <br /> 2 . Accordir.g to Sec. 701 (a) of the Uniform Housing Code: <br /> Every dwelling unit and guest room shall be Provided <br /> with heating fa�:ilities capable of maintaining a <br /> room temperatur-a of 70o F. at a point 3 feet above <br /> � the floor i�i all habitable rooms. <br /> 3 . There is dampness in habitable rooms indicating improper <br /> drainage under structure and inadequate foundation ven- <br /> tilation. <br /> 4 . The soutli side of the structure is leaning and a <br /> portion of the wall on the backporch buckles due to <br /> deterioration of foundation supports. This is caused <br /> by improper drainage and dampness. The structure shall <br /> be leveled. <br /> 5. All wood in direct contact with the earth or on concrete <br /> or masonry slab, which is in direct contact with the <br /> earth shall be removed and replaced according to <br /> Sec. 2517 (c) , (c) 2, (c) 3 , (c) 4 and (c) 5 of the 1976 <br /> Uniform Building Code. <br /> 6. All flooring within the structure that has been damaged <br /> by water due to bro};en water pipes shall be replaced. <br /> 7. Plumbing fixtures in the bathtubs shall be replaced <br /> so that the water spout does not fall below the water <br /> line of the bathtub. <br />
