Existing 4" side sewer is of Cast Iron construction and <br /> per your inspection is in good reqair. <br /> 6. As you will note in your review of our plans the anticipated <br /> load from the plumbing will not exceed that of the average <br /> single family home that is serviced by a 4" sewer stub. <br /> C.
