Detailed drawings in accordance with Ciry Design and Conswction Standards <br /> shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing site parldng <br /> layout, landscaping, u6lir,es, storm drainage, temporary conswction erosion <br /> convol, and all require�! impmvements in the public right-of-way. Public <br /> Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits <br /> being issued. All improvements shall be completed and approved before the <br /> Occupancy Permit is issued/final approval is granted. <br /> 2. A demolition permit is required for the existing building. <br /> 3. Payment of a drainage fee or on-site detention will be requirai for stormwater <br /> runoff. <br /> 4. The unused driveway curb-cut on Colby Avenue shall be removed and teplaced <br /> with full height cutb and sidewalk. <br /> 5. It is the Public Works Department's opinion that the Everett Clinic should be <br /> requir.� to formulate a comprehensive site development plan. This plan should <br /> indude the ezisting proposal, any on-going projects and any futuce site i <br /> development/proposed building expansions.
