The clinica are plastic <br /> surgery/reconstruction type of cllnics. <br /> Conclu»ion: The number of patients is about 3 to 4 p?r day, much less <br /> than other general medical clinics. <br /> 2. That such variance is neceseary for tne preservation and en,�oyment of a <br /> substantial property right of the appe113nt posse3sed by the owners of <br /> other properties in the same vicinity or zone. <br /> Finding: There has been approximatel;� two ot•her requesta for variances <br /> for specialty medica]_ clinics.
