That there have been exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or <br /> conditions applying to the sub�ect property ar as to the intended use <br /> thereof that do not apply generally to other proparties in the same <br /> ' vicinity or zone. <br /> Finding: There are tuo clinics� one existing with 10 parking stalls. <br /> The other proposal is for nine parking stalls. The applicants have <br /> entered into a mutual agreement providing perpetual padestrian easement <br /> between the noted elinics. The clinics are plastic <br /> surgery/reconstruction type of clinics. <br /> i Conelusion: The number of patients is about 3 to 4 per day, much less <br /> than other general medieal clinics. <br /> 2. That such variance is necessary for the preservation and en,�oyment of a <br /> substantial property right of the appellant possessed by the awners of <br /> other properties in the same vicinity or zone. <br /> I Finding: There has been approximately two other requests for variances <br /> for specialty medical clinics. (43rd & Colby - 3920 Hoyt) <br /> Conclusion: This variance is consistent wiLh others. The Board has <br /> approved variances for these types of clinics. <br /> 1 <br />� <br />
