'I'his properiy prob �b1y was gtandfathered with 4 parking stalls off the alley but recent changes have been rrtiade in the building including constructing a loading ramp and stairway for truck dclive�ics, and loading eccupying 2 of the existing parking stalls. 7'he upper portion of the building was also remodeled into what 1 understand is ofTicc space with a very steep stairway extending back ahnost to the alley occupying additional parking area. '1'his leaves thc property with only 1 parking stall. We own the buildins leased to Baskin& Robbins and they have been burglarized several times by people climbing on the roof and coming down through the NVA system. Now �vith this new stairway it makes it extremely easy for burglars to access across the lower portion of the roof of this building to again,burglarize Baskin& Robbins. As indicated under RCW 42.17.250 1 am herewith making a request for copies of'buildins pertnits which allowed this additional expansion of use as well as the elimination of existing parking. It is my understandins that code requirements have very specitic dcmands for the furnishing of oPf street parking, which not only has not been provided, but actually reducod from existing use.
