The � <br /> conversion of this space to office use triggers a requirement to increase the number of ! <br /> off-street pazking spaces by two to meet requirements for a more intense use of the ' <br /> space. <br /> ( <br /> If additional parking area is not available on site, the two spaces may be leased on ' <br /> property within 300 feet and in the same land use zone (G1R). A form is enclosed, <br /> which must be submitted to the city to document satisfaction of this requirement. This <br /> does not affect the inspections of the construction work completed. However, to be i <br /> able to legally use a space whose occupancy has changed, as occurred in this situation, <br /> a Certification of Occupancy is required.
